![]() So, Apoc, for BFME II, do you know if you guys could enable local play with the same CD? That would really make my day - I'm not going to buy an extra copy just for a LAN game anyhow. However, one of us sacrificed online gameplay capabilities for this. A direct sequel to a hit game Middle-earth: Shadow. The only way we were able to get in a LAN game was when we figured out a way to change the CD key in installation. Middle-earth: Shadow of War is the second chapter in the story of Talion, the Ranger of the Black Gate. The game didn't allow you to play LAN opponents using the same CD key as you. However, when I started up BFME and tried to play a LAN game, I was dissapointed. (As long as you had a copy of the CD, of course) This was nice as when my brother and I wanted to, we could play games against each other and then still play online at our separate times while only owning one copy of the game. When I first started out with RTS games like Starcraft and Warcraft, one of the most attractive features was the LAN component - as long as you had 2 players playing the game connected via LAN, they could play each other (you didn't need a separate CD-Key to play LAN). Apoc, if you're here could you please give some thought to this and pass it along.
